Cancellation Policy

For Property Rent/Lease:

• The first month's rent and applicable service fees may be required to secure the property.
• The tenant may cancel free of charge more than 48 hours before the scheduled move-in date and receive a full refund of any refundable payments made.
• Where the tenant cancels within 48 hours before the scheduled move-in date, 75% of the first month's rent shall be retained as a cancellation fee, and the remaining 25% shall be refunded.
• No refund shall be available for cancellations made on or after the scheduled move-in date, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Service fees are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
