Cancellation Policy

For Property Purchase: A holding deposit is required to reserve the property.

• The holding deposit is fully refundable if the buyer cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled contract-signing date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled contract-signing date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the holding deposit.
• The remaining 75% of the holding deposit will be refunded to the buyer.

Service fees are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
